Details
Detailed Introduction
• Structure: Composed of two or more layers of flat glass, sealed around the edges with high-strength sealant, forming a dry gas space between the glass layers, filled with inert gas such as argon or krypton.
• Characteristics: Excellent thermal insulation performance, effectively reducing heat transfer and minimizing heat loss indoors or heat gain from outside; significant sound insulation, greatly reducing external noise, especially effective against mid-to-low frequency noise; certain anti-condensation performance, reducing condensation on the glass surface in cold weather; relatively high safety, less prone to shattering and causing injury; strong wind pressure resistance, superior performance to single-layer glass.
Applications
• Building doors and windows: Widely used in residential buildings, office buildings, hotels, etc., improving comfort for living and working, enhancing thermal and sound insulation, and reducing energy consumption.
• Glass curtain walls: A commonly used material for modern building curtain walls, ensuring both building lighting and aesthetics while achieving good energy-saving effects.
• Industrial plants: Meets the requirements of factories for lighting, thermal insulation, and sound insulation, improving the working environment.
• Cold storage: Helps maintain low temperatures inside the cold storage, reducing cold loss and lowering energy consumption.
Product Standards
• Conforms to GB/T11944-2012 national standards
Other Products
Integrated Venetian blinds insulated glass units are a new type of energy-efficient window and door product with blinds installed inside the insulated glass unit.
Tempered glass is a type of glass that has undergone special processing, giving it high strength, high safety, and good thermal stability.
First, select high-quality glass. After cutting and cleaning, apply inorganic glaze to the surface using screen printing, spraying, or other methods.
In the rolling production process, metal wires or meshes are pressed into a semi-liquid glass ribbon, simultaneously embossing patterns on the glass surface.
It is made by laminating one or more layers of PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film, SGP (ion exchange resin), or other interlayers between two or more layers of glass under high temperature and pressure.
Composed of two or more layers of flat glass, sealed on all sides with high-strength sealant
Fire-rated glass is a special type of glass that maintains its integrity and insulation properties during a specified fire resistance test.
