Detailed Introduction
• Structure: Composed of two or more layers of glass with one or more intermediate films such as PVB (polyvinyl butyral) and SGP (ion exchange resin) sandwiched between them, bonded together under high temperature and pressure.
• Characteristics: High safety; when impacted and broken, the fragments are held by the interlayer film and will not scatter to injure people; strong impact resistance, capable of withstanding considerable external force; good sound insulation, effectively blocking sound transmission; blocks some ultraviolet rays, reducing UV damage to indoor items.
Applications
• Architectural field: Used in building doors and windows, curtain walls, skylights, etc., ensuring both safety and good lighting and sound insulation; also used in places with special safety requirements, such as windows and partitions in banks and jewelry stores.
